1978 Honda CB125T

Not technically mine – a friend (thanks Mark) lent it to me when he went off to university in Ireland. I stripped it down, decoked the top end and tidied up the valves, and rode it round for most of 1985, until I passed my test and moved on to bigger bikes.

Almost ready to go back on the road. Note 'tasteful' gold hammerite detail on the wheel spokes....

When it was first lent to me, it was pretty tatty and rattly. Not sure why I needed to take the engione out of the frame to do the valves though...
